• Uploaded files: sample files you upload through our upload form, which is provided by Tally.
• Booking information: the details you give when you book a call with us, such as your name, email, and chosen time.
• Chat messages: we use Tidio live chat on this site, and we collect the messages and any contact details you send us there.
• Basic site analytics and cookies: our website platform (Duda) may use cookies and collect basic usage data, like pages visited, browser type, and general location, to run and improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your project, and keep in touch with you about your work with us. We also use basic site data to keep the website working well.

Where it's stored

Your information is kept in the systems we use to run the business: our website platform (Duda), forms and uploads (Tally), live chat (Tidio), email, booking tools, and our secure cloud file storage (Dropbox) for client project files.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information.

When we share it

We share information only with service providers we need to run the business — including our website platform (Duda), forms/uploads (Tally), chat (Tidio), email, booking, and cloud file storage (Dropbox) providers — or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep chat logs, form data, and client project files for 12 months after your project or contract term ends. Tally uploads are deleted 12 months after the project ends. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We will do so unless we need to keep it to provide active services, meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes, and we will tell you what we kept and why.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, subject to the limits above.

Uploaded files

Please upload only files you own or have permission to share. We use your files only for your project. We will not publish files you upload except approved portfolio items.

Children

Our website and services are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
